Jack is a founding member of High Street and serves as its Chief Executive Officer, with overall responsibility for High Street’s capital and fund strategies. Jack has been active in commercial real estate investment, development, operations and management for over 40 years. Prior to forming High Street in 2002, Jack was a senior executive with the Trammell Crow Company responsible for its global services operations in the Northeast, the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Phoenix Corporate Services, the largest provider of corporate outsourced management services in New England, and President of the Codman Company in Boston. A graduate of Boston University, Jack is a member of the National Association of Realtors, The Institute of Real Estate management, and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Robert L. Chagares

Bob has been active in commercial real estate investment, development and management for over 25 years. Bob is a founding member of High Street and serves as its President and Chief Investment Officer, with responsibility for the overall management of the company, and its fund and investment activities. Prior to forming High Street in 2002, Bob spent 17 years with the Trammell Crow Company as a partner in Washington, DC and Philadelphia where he directed the company’s development, investment and global services activities. Bob served as Vice President of the Board of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association, a board member of the Washington, DC Downtown Business Improvement District, and is a member of the Urban land Institute. Bob holds a BA degree from Miami University (Ohio) and a JD degree from the Ohio State University College of Law.

Daniel J. Coughlin

Dan has been active in commercial real estate investment, operations and management for over 35 years. Dan is a founding member and Principal of High Street and serves as Senior Managing Director with overall responsibility for High Street’s portfolio and asset management. Prior to forming High Street in 2002, Dan spent 22 years with New England Mutual Life Insurance Company and was a founder, Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer of its real estate subsidiary Copley Real Estate Advisors. Later, Dan was a senior executive with both Trammell Crow Company and Phoenix Corporate Services. Between 1989 and 1991, Dan served as President of the National Council of Real Estate Fiduciaries (NCREIF). Dan received a BA from Stonehill College and an MBA from Boston University.

Andrew M. Zgutowicz
Managing Director, Acquisitions
Principal

Andy joined High Street in 2008 as a senior investment officer, is a Principal in the company and is responsible for acquisitions in the Mid-West and Southeastern US. Andy has extensive experience in all aspects of property investment and dispositions. Prior to joining High Street, Andy was a Senior Investment Officer with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc., for 12 years where he directed both acquisition and disposition transactions totaling in excess of $2.6 billion, and joint venture initiatives. Andy holds a BS in finance from the University of Dayton and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Benjamin P. Coues
Managing Director, Portfolio and Asset Strategy
Principal

Ben is responsible for the strategic management, implementation and disposition of individual assets across all High Street funds, and serves as the portfolio manager for High Street Real Estate Fund II. Ben joined High Street in 2004 as a senior investment officer and has over 19 years of real estate investment and management experience. Prior to joining High Street, Ben was with Capital Crossing Bank where he was responsible for the acquisition and disposition of pools of over $500 million of distressed securitized debt. Ben received a BA from the University of Colorado.

John R. Hoadley
Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Treasurer
Principal

John joined High Street in 2008 as the Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the accounting, financial reporting, investor reporting, taxes, cash management and compliance for the High Street funds as well as the day to operations of High Street. Before joining High Street, he was an Executive Vice President of Reit Management and Research, a privately owned real estate management company that serves as the external manager to three publicly traded REITs (HRPT Properties Trust, Hospitality Properties Trust and Senior Housing Properties Trust) and two publicly traded operating companies (Five Star Quality Care and TravelCenters of America). During his 10 years there, John served as the CFO of Senior Housing Properties Trust and TravelCenters of America, among other roles. Prior to that, he worked in the audit division of Arthur Andersen for five years. John holds a BS in accounting from Babson College and is a certified public accountant, licensed in Massachusetts.

Robert V. Murray
Managing Director, Asset Management

Bob is responsible for the overall development, implementation and performance of the Asset Management Group. Bob has been active in the real estate investment, management, leasing and operations for 25 years. Prior to joining High Street in 2004, Bob was a Senior Vice President at the Trammel Crow Company responsible for the delivery of outsourced real estate services to major national clients such as Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies and Comcast. He also served in the same capacity with Phoenix Corporate Services prior to its acquisition by Trammel Crow. Bob was the Director of Property Management at the Codman Company in Boston. Bob holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from George Mason University in Virginia.

Michelle Paglia
Director, Financial Reporting and Taxation

Michelle joined High Street in 2009. At High Street, Michelle is the director of financial reporting and taxation with responsibility for the financial reporting of the High Street Funds, including the management of our valuation process, investor and tax reporting. Prior to joining High Street, Michelle was an audit manager at Caturano and Company for ten years. At Caturano and Company, Michelle was responsible for providing audit and attest services as well as corporate and individual tax services to her client base, which consisted of privately held businesses and venture backed companies. Michelle holds a B.S. in Accounting from Bentley College and is a Certified Public Accountant. Michelle is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Catalina Chew
Corporate Controller

Catalina joined High Street Equity Advisors in 2008 as the Corporate Controller. Currently, Catalina is responsible for treasury management, corporate operations, and human resource management. She is also responsible for overseeing accounting and audits. Catalina has an extensive background in accounting, audit and business management and has been focused in real estate private equity for the past 5 years. Prior to joining High Street Equity Advisors, Catalina was the Accounting Manager at Northland Investment Corporation. During her tenure at Northland, she was responsible for treasury management, cash management and the accounting operations for both residential and commercial properties. Catalina holds a Bachelor’s degree in business management from Fisher College, Boston MA and graduated with honors. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Treasury Management Association of New England.

Conor Feeney
Director, Acquisitions

Conor is an experienced real estate professional who has participated in acquisitions, dispositions, and asset management of industrial real estate throughout the United States. He joined High Street in 2011 and is responsible for acquiring industrial assets in Texas and Ohio on behalf of the company. Prior to joining High Street, Conor was a partner in CB Richard Ellis’ Dallas industrial investment sales team where for 5 years he participated in the disposition of $18 billion and 195 million square feet of assets. Conor obtained his CPA while working at Ernst & Young’s Dallas office in the real estate audit group. He holds a BBA and an MPA from the University of Texas at Austin and an MBA from The Wharton School.

Kevin Coughlin
Senior Associate, Asset Management

Kevin has been active in commercial real estate investment, operations and management for over 6 years. At High Street, Kevin serves as an Asset Manager with responsibilities as it relates to property operations, due diligence, as well as institutional investors reporting and relationships. Prior to joining High Street in 2005, Kevin served as an accountant at Citistreet: A State Street & Citigroup Company and is a member of the Boston Area Young Real Estate Professionals. Kevin holds a BS in Finance and Accounting from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business as well as a Continuing Education Certificate in Commercial Real Estate and Commercial Real Estate Finance from Boston University.

Andrew P. Piccirillo
Associate, Asset Management

Andrew has been active in commercial real estate for over 10 years. At High Street, Andrew serves as an Asset Manager with responsibilities as it relates to property operations, leasing, due diligence, as well as institutional investors reporting and relationships. Prior experience includes working as a Research Analyst at Jones Lang LaSalle/Spaulding & Slye in Boston and Washington, DC where he tracked and reported on the commercial real estate markets and coordinated marketing strategy for investment sales and structured finance transactions. Andrew is a member of the Urban Land Institute Young Leaders Group. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Vermont and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

Joyce Bielen
Portfolio Accountant

Joyce has been working in the accounting and real estate management field for over 25 years. At High Street, Joyce oversees the Third-Party-Manager’s financial reporting and prepares consolidated investor reporting at the Joint Venture level. She also assists Asset Management with preparation of annual budgets, monthly reforecasting, and tenant and property related issues. Prior to joining High Street in 2005, Joyce served as Controller and Senior Property Manager for The Ellendale Company LLC of Newton. Joyce holds an AS in Business from University of Massachusetts, Boston; a Continuing Education Certificate in Accounting and Finance from University of California, LaJolla; and her RPA certification in Commercial Real Estate Management from BOMI International of Maryland. She is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson and Notary Public.

Donald J. Casey
Portfolio Accountant

Don has been working in the accounting and real estate management field for over 22 years. At High Street, Don oversees the Third-Party-Manager’s financial reporting and prepares consolidated investor reporting at the Joint Venture level. He also assists Asset Management with preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasting, and tenant and property related issues. Prior to joining High Street in 2010, for the last 5 years, Don served as a Senior Property Accountant/Manager for Century 21 Crowley-Braese Commercial, of Woburn and prior to that he was a Senior Property accountant for Duffy Properties LLC of Waltham. Don holds a BS in Business/Accounting from Merrimack College. He is also a licensed Massachusetts Real Estate Broker and a Massachusetts Licensed Appraiser.

Timothy J. Collins
Associate, Acquisitions

Tim has been active in the commercial real estate industry for over 5 years. At High Street, Tim serves as an associate with responsibilities related to investment analysis, due diligence and market research. Prior to joining High Street in 2011, he was an Assistant Vice President and Commercial Real Estate Officer with Legacy Banks and Berkshire Bank in Western Massachusetts. He was a leading member of the team that managed the operation of the bank’s national commercial real estate loan portfolio, including loan production, portfolio and asset management, due diligence and the management of customer and correspondent relationships. Tim holds a BS and MBA from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Kimberly S Cinnamond
Analyst, Asset Management

Kim joined High Street in 2010 and serves as an Analyst on the Asset Management Team. Kim has been active in Commercial Real Estate for over 7 years with prior experience as an Investment Sales Associate at Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, and in brokerage and research at Spaulding & Slye/Jones Lang LaSalle. Kim is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of Massachusetts. Kim holds a BA in Sociology from Lehigh University.

Jennifer K. Lester
Office Manager

Jennifer joined High Street in May of 2009. She is responsible for general office maintenance, accounts payable, and technology troubleshooting. Jennifer also coordinates investor mailings and online postings to the investor portal and website. She has worked in real estate and property management since 2001. Before joining High Street, Jennifer was Office Manager and Human Resources Coordinator at Berkeley Investments, Inc. in Boston for eight years. She holds a BS degree from Emerson College.
