Investment Criteria

High Street Equity Advisors, LLC is a private real estate equity investment firm focused on the acquisition of institutional quality industrial assets in the Eastern half of the United States.



Property Types: (Warehouse and distribution properties)

  • Minimum 24’ clear 
  • 20% or less office
  • 75,000 sf to 500,000 sf
  • Single or multi-tenant with leases in place and minimum 2 years average term remaining (4 plus years average term remaining and credit preferred)
  • Minimum occupancy of 80% (100% preferred)
  • In-fill location
  • Building age new to 25 years old
  • Masonry or tilt construction preferred (block and metal if (i) block exceeds top of dock door and (ii) construction type prevalent in market).

Minimum of $5,000,000 to $250,000,000

Transaction Structures

Generally, fee simple ownership, but will consider ventures and other financing structures.

Capital/Financing

High Street will close all cash.
