High Street Equity Advisors, LLC is a private real estate equity investment firm
focused on the acquisition of
institutional quality industrial assets in the Eastern half of the United States.
Property Types: (Warehouse and distribution properties)
- Minimum 24’ clear
- 20% or less office
- 75,000 sf to 500,000 sf
- Single or multi-tenant with leases in place and minimum 2 years average term remaining (4 plus years average
term remaining and credit preferred)
- Minimum occupancy of 80% (100% preferred)
- In-fill location
- Building age new to 25 years old
- Masonry or tilt construction preferred (block and metal if (i) block exceeds top
of dock door and (ii) construction type prevalent in market).

Transaction Size
Minimum of $5,000,000 to $250,000,000
Transaction Structures
Generally, fee simple ownership, but will consider ventures and other financing structures.
Capital/Financing
High Street will close all cash.
