High Street Equity Advisors, LLC is a private real estate equity investment firm focused on the acquisition of institutional quality industrial assets in the Eastern half of the United States.



Property Type


Warehouse and distribution properties:
  • Minimum 20’ clear 
  • 25% or less office finish
  • 50,000 sf to 500,000 sf
  • Single or multi-tenant
  • In-fill locations - Precast or tilt up concrete preferred
  • Building age after 1980 preferred.
Light Industrial
  • Minimum 14’ clear 
  • 50% or less office finish
  • 50,000 to 150,000 sf
  • Minimum tenant size 5,000 sf

Transaction Size

Minimum of $5,000,000 to $225,000,000

Transaction Structures

Generally, fee simple ownership, but will consider ventures and other financing structures.

Capital/Financing

High Street will close all cash.
