focused on the acquisition of
institutional quality industrial assets in the Eastern half of the United States.
Property Type
Warehouse and distribution properties:
- Minimum 20’ clear
- 25% or less office finish
- 50,000 sf to 500,000 sf
- Single or multi-tenant
- In-fill locations - Precast or tilt up concrete preferred
- Building age after 1980 preferred.
Light Industrial
- Minimum 14’ clear
- 50% or less office finish
- 50,000 to 150,000 sf
- Minimum tenant size 5,000 sf

Transaction Size
Minimum of $5,000,000 to $225,000,000
Transaction Structures
Generally, fee simple ownership, but will consider ventures and other financing structures.
Capital/Financing
High Street will close all cash.
