High Street Equity Advisors, LLC is a private equity real estate firm that invests in institutional quality industrial properties in the Eastern half of the United States.

High Street was founded in 2002 as a private equity real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition of institutional quality industrial assets in the Eastern half of the United States. Since its inception, High Street has launched four industrial funds, invested over $316 million of equity and acquired approximately $937 million of industrial properties in 17 major metropolitan markets.

High Street has attracted capital from both foreign and domestic institutional investors for its investment funds.   With over 100 years of combined real estate investment and management experience in some of the nation’s largest real estate investment firms, the principals of High Street are committed to a disciplined investment approach focused on both income and appreciation, and characterized by current cash yields, capable risk management, an intensive portfolio and asset focus, and value creation.
